Newcastle Sports Injury Clinic has relaunched its popular Yoga classes so they can fit into people's lunchbreaks. The classes, which take place on Friday afternoons, now last for 45 minutes, so that people working in offices nearby can fit it into their lunch hours. We want as many people as possible to be able to take part in the classes and this makes the classes even more flexible.

You can find out more about our Yoga classes here, including the approach that we take . Yoga classes - as well as our Pilates classes - have become increasingly popular among sports people, even elite athletes, as a way of improving core strength and balance. The classes can complement existing training programmes, for example on an 'off' or 'easy' day (though if you've never done either Pilates or Yoga you'd be surprised how much of a workout you can get!) Spaces on our lunchtime yoga sessions are incredibly limited so book early to avoid disappointment. Call now on 0191 233 0500.
