Running Workshop Testimonial from Ay Okpokam

Ay Opokam popped into the Active Newcastle, Running Workshop that Newcastle Sports Injury Clinic were hosting on Wednesday, 6th September.  Ay is running in this year's Great North Run and was suffering from some pre-run shin pain.  Ay spoke to our Clinic Director, Karen Dearden and had this to say about the service she received at the Running Workshop; "I'm very glad I dropped into the free Running Workshop at the Civic Centre.  I'm racing in the Great North Run on Sunday and have been having shin pain.
