Running Workshop Testimonial From Lisa Lawson

On Wednesday, 6th September, Newcastle Sports Injury Clinic along with Active Newcastle held a running workshop at Newcastle Civic Centre.  Lisa Lawson a keen runner and swimmer attended the workshop as part of her Great North Running training and had this to say about the workshop; "The physios' were 'on the money' and quickly assessed where the source of my injury was.  It has confirmed my own hunch and helped me to focus on where my recovery needs to be focused."
